After reviewing your intake, your CPA provides a clear, itemized estimate for your approval before any work begins.
4. When does work officially begin?
Work begins after you approve the estimate, sign the engagement letter, and complete payment through QuickBooks Online.
5. How do I upload my tax documents?
All documents are uploaded securely through ProConnect using your client login.
6. Is my data secure?
Yes. ProConnect uses industryâstandard encryption, secure authentication, and auditâprotected workflows.
7. Do you handle international or crossâborder tax cases?
Yes. We specialize in U.S.–Korea crossâborder filings, including PFIC (8621), 3520/5471, FBAR/FATCA, and treatyâbased issues.
8. Do you prepare business returns?
Yes. We prepare filings for LLCs, SâCorps, CâCorps, and Partnerships, along with advisory and yearâend support.
9. How are your prices determined?
Pricing is based on a base fee + caseâspecific addâons (Schedule C, rental property, foreign assets, crypto, etc.).
10. Do you offer tax planning or yearâround advisory?
Yes. We provide planning, projections, and advisory services for individuals, investors, and business owners.
11. What if I received an IRS notice?
We can assist with notices, CP2000, audits, penalties, and collections through our IRS representation services.
12. Can I schedule a meeting with a CPA?
Yes. For business, IRS, or more involved cases, a CPA meeting is scheduled as needed—no portal scheduling required.
13. Do you work with clients outside the U.S.?
Yes. We support U.S. taxpayers worldwide, including Koreaâbased professionals and investors.
